Refund policy

Research materials generally cannot be restocked once they ship. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the ordered SKU, contact us with photos and the packing list. Unpriced (TBD) items cannot be charged, so they cannot generate a refund.

Products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Dissatisfaction related to any non-research use is not a basis for a refund.
